Omega is an essential fatty acid. Recent
medical studies have shown the importance of providing your children with the proper amount of fatty acids.
The human brain is made in large proportion of fats and many mental conditions are due to an improper balance of crucial fats. These fatty acids are shown to greatly improve the children's brain activity and mental condition yet many children’s diets are lacking this crucial component.
Recent research has shown that children given Omega supplements for just a few months showed significant improvements in their mental condition including their attention levels, short term memory and reading skills.
